What is the cancellation, late appointment, and no-show policy?

Inspira Therapeutic Massage, LLC upholds the following cancellation, no-show, and late appointment fees:

*Cancellation with more* than 24 hours notice - No Fee

*Cancellation with less* than 24 hours notice - 50% of the cost of services booked

*No-Show* (no notice) - 100% of the cost of the services booked

*Late Arrivals* - If you must arrive late for your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible. All appointments must END at the scheduled time.

Can I purchase a gift card?

YES! There is no better compliment than one of my clients wanting to share this gift with someone else. Gift Certificates can be purchased for 30, 60, or 90 minute massage sessions. Can I bring my kid/s with me?

I’m a mom, and I get it. Life can be crazy and unpredictable at times. As much as I empathize with your struggle, parents, I cannot allow children to be present during massage services. If something comes up and you need to reschedule your massage session due to childcare issues, please don’t hesitate to call or email.

How do I know which massage session to book?

This is one of the questions I get the most… and the truth is, there is no one right answer. I have tried to break down the descriptions of all of the services to make it clear what they are each best for, but sometimes there are still more questions. You can certainly reach out to me by email or phone if there are specific issues that you want to address with your massage. I love finding solutions to help you feel your best!
